IMPORTANT NOTES:
   1.  If the town has nothing written beside it, it is a link to a list of smoke-free restaurants.  Only if noted is the
entire town, county or state required to have smoke-free restaurants.
   2.  We avoid listing cities or states where restaurants are permitted to have separate smoking rooms.  Tobacco smoke does not stay in these rooms.  It travels around closed doors, and through opened doors.  Many who cannot breathe "any" tobacco smoke and employees are not properly protected.
   3.  Indian reservations across the country are not required to submit to smoking bans.
